About the owner:     Justin Hamilton-Jones, owner/operator, is a licensed Private Investigator since 2009,  He's worked with Toronto's leading and oldest Insurance-Defence focused boutique investigation agency for over a decade where he specialized in OSINT, Deep Online Searches, Interior and Exterior Surveillance, Special Event Infiltration and traveling out-of-town to independently investigate cases around the province conducting interviews and surveillance.  He decided to hang his own placard and started this here agency in 2023.  He works through files independently and in their entirety and has successfully defended those findings in court to high client satisfaction.  He guided the former agency in the growth of online research as social media expanded from the early days of Facebook, online blogs and Technical Data Cachés into the vast, layered social-media scape that it is today.  Justin continually studies ongoing technical, social and methodical innovations to stay on the top of todays capabilities, techniques and laws to bring you the best services possible.  He relies on his expansive prior work experiences in a vast array of industries, his studies and experience in technical and performative Theatre Arts, and his education in Anthropology and Psychology on every file and in every tactical decision to secure the best findings.  Justin's persistence and trauma-informed approach aids in the collection of reliable and consistently positive results like detailed witness statements regarding sensitive situations or from a live accident scene or even after a lengthy time has passed since the date of loss.  A career of event infiltration has helped Justin provide clients with the most effective surveillance video that surpasses limited views from parking lots only and his professional handling has allowed him to assist clientele on both the insurance defense and plaintiff/personal injury focused files and he is especially eager to contribute his efforts toward humanitarian and environmental safety efforts as well as to operate in deep internal investigations or undercover placements for the improvements of the health and safety systems that we all rely on.  Justin continually works to improve the standard and efficiency in the operations involved in investigation techniques that expand into all types of skip-tracing and locates services to improve the usability, safety and transparency of those services.
